CANDIDATE is an alternate reality game. Aldergrave is not a real company. There is no job, no salary, and no employment of any kind at the end of this.
It runs about ten weeks over email, with two live phone calls. It asks some personal questions — you can skip any of them. There is a stretch of roughly three weeks in the middle where you will not hear from us in character. That silence is deliberate and it is not a rejection. Out of character, you can always reach a real person within 24 hours.
We will never ask for money, ID numbers, financial details, real references, or a real résumé. Everything you send is deleted at the end and is never shown to another participant.

Complete all fields. We read every application ourselves. We do not use screening software and we never have.
