Most candidates complete the process. We do not publish an average duration because we have found that candidates who know it measure themselves against it, which is not useful to them or to us.

This is normal and it is not a decision. Please do not read it as one. There is no action for you to take and contacting the intake desk will not advance your application, though you are welcome to.
